I sometimes get asked (like tonight during my stream) why I don't have an option for viewers to tip or donate money towards me to show their support of the stream. Believe me, I am looking into this as a possibility and already have things set up ready to go when I am ready to do so, but that's not my focus right now.
Right now, I want to build a community. I want to have a group of people who look forward to my live streams every week, and a group of other streamer friends who all support each other. That's already starting and I have some dedicated viewers show up most nights, but I still think it's small and this is all very casual. If I can keep to a consistent weekly schedule and get 20 or so viewers per stream on average, I would feel it worthwhile to promote tips on stream. For now, I'm just having fun and improving myself.
But for those who don't want to wait and show their support for me and my streams, there are a few ways you can do so. The best option is through Patreon. Patreon is mostly used for my music but I also have perks for those who watch my gaming content. Another options is to buy a shirt from my store. You can also buy my music on Bandcamp, Loudr, iTunes, or Google Play, or stream my music on Spotify, Google Play, or Apple Music. You also help if you watch my videos without AdBlock or if you watch with YouTube Red, though it's not as much as the former options.
However, the more requests I get for it, the more I will consider it. I will be looking at offering a Streamlabs Twitch/YouTube tip option on my channels, a Gamewisp subscription button, and possibly a Paypal link on my website. I'm just not that focused on that right now and rather focus attention towards my music and improving my Twitch stream.
