BANDAI NAMCO doesn't have a definitive policy statement. However, in 2019 there was an a big issue with many content creators receiving several false copyright claims for their videos using Tekken games. There is a Tweet by the official BANDAI NAMCO NORDICS account responding to the issue, indicating that they do not issue copyright strikes. This is the only information I have been to find on the matter. I might reach out to them out of curiosity and update this page if I get a response.

BANDAI NAMCO also publishes games from other developers so it might be worth reaching out to each one on a game-by-game basis if BANDAI NAMCO does not respond to your inquiry. Keep in mind any licenced properties such as The Fast & Furious which you will most likely not get permission to use for monetization from Universal Pictures or it's parent companies.

*BANDAI NAMCO publishes games that include licenced characters and properties from others that may require additional permissions from their respective rights holders. They also own a number of anime properties of which they publush a large number of games for. Admittedly, I'm not familiar with many Japanese games or anime series or which ones BANDAI NAMCO owns it is a bit beyond the research I'm willing to do.
