Devolver Digital created a website specifically for people asking for permission to monetize their videos and streams and generates written permission for your channel. There are no conditions and nothing stating you cannot stream on Twitch under the new Subscriber Stream feature.
Please also note that even though Fall Guys was published by Devolver Digital for Steam and PS4 on intial release, the developers, Mediatonic, has since been acquired by Epic Games who are publishing the game on other platforms and the video policy for that specific game likely falls within Epic Games' video policy.
