I started researching this developer before they were acquired by Activision. At the time, most of their games, such as the Transformer games and Deadpool, had been games for licenced IP from companies that was sure I would not approve of monetization. Furthermore, there is no official policy statement I could find from High Noon. Their parent company, Activision, also does not have any policy statements that I was able to find. Activision's sister company, Blizzard Entertainment, has a video policy that allows YouTube monetization.
