Undead Labs does not have an official policy statement but it would presumably be the same as their parent company, Xbox Game Studios. From my experience, you can still get copyright claims based on the music used in the games. If you're disabling the music in the game, you should be fine. Otherwise, you probably won't be able to monetize your videos.
